Q : Are you a scammer ? ( This is real question, no joke, there are many people ask me this question on live chat or email)

A : You are asking the wrong person ! If you suspecting a thief, and ask "are you thief?", what do you think the answer? . The best thing you can do is start making judgment from many aspects of the website, the profile, the updates, testimony, forum, people, or just risk yourself for a try. There are some points you should noticed weather the seller real or not.


Q : I want flawless replica !

A : Go and get genuine watches. There is no way high-end replica from any factories are flawless. Start making price comparison between genuine and replica. Let say, you want Audemars Piguet 15400 rosegold, price on genuine watches is around $22,000 while on high-end replica around $400. Will you expect flawless? There are always be a flaws eventhough only a very small. But this grade is very close to genuine probably 90%-95%.


Q : I want solid gold watches, can I buy one from you?

A : Go and get genuine watches. Mostly high-end replica is only gold plated which only about 10 micron thick, and there are some factory made it thicker around 30 micron with real gold, the price will consequently higher. But there is no solid gold on replica watches.


Q : What's the difference in quality between genuine swiss-made replicas, Italian-made replicas, Japanese-made replicas and Chinese replicas?

A : Replica watches are made in, and/or the majority of their parts sourced from, China (together with most homages and a surprisingly large number of gens). There are a handful of smaller sellers hand-building higher-quality watches and based in places such as Singapore or Thailand, but 98% come from mainland China. Any site that tells you that their watches are made by Swiss watchmakers, or made in Italy, Japan or whatever are scamming you. You will, sometimes, come across a replica that features a genuine Swiss movement but even then be careful - often the movement will turn out to be a Chinese copy (which is fine if that's what you're paying for - most of the Chinese movements are, in fact, pretty much as good as the Swiss equivalent anyhow).


Q : There is/are website/s say that the movement of their replica are genuine SWISS ETA. Are they for real?

A : There is none of replica made by replica factories are with geuine Swiss ETA. In fact all high-end replica movement are a clone of it, called Asian ETA. You will, sometimes, come across a replica that features a genuine Swiss movement but even then be careful - often the movement will turn out to be a Chinese copy (which is fine if that's what you're paying for - most of the Chinese movements are, in fact, pretty much as good as the Swiss equivalent anyhow). Q : I see your watch is higher price than other website. Your replica is better?

A : It depends on which website you compare with. There are some websites selling lower grades, there are some website selling way higher than our price. In fact, our price on high-end replica grade is "in the market price range" if you check and compare it properly. 


Q : Yes I know some dealer / website selling the same grades. But your price on some products are slightly higher, Why?

A : Please also mention that some of products in our website are lower . As I said before, our price is in the market price range, there are some of our products with lower / higher compare the others. $10 - $30 differences on some products is still in the price range. If you can judge some aspects regarding : fast responses, payment channel, great customer services, great updates, great blog, great display, etc. You will judge the price better. Far from that, our price is include shipping. 


Q : The live chat feature is very nice, but sometimes i got no response. And sometimes late reply on email i sent.

A : Remember, we are in different side of the world sometimes. Please refer to our time zone before judge this. Our working hours is based on Singaporean time. Sometimes we have overload email or chat to respond as well, just put kind patient, or simply buzz me on other channel that I put on website ; email, wechat, whatsapp, viber, etc. 1 thing for sure, you will get some reply.


Q : Can you give me disount? I will buy more from you in the future, I always buy 10-20 pieces a month. 

A : Our price is in the market price range. We are not giving disount for any first biter (except our promo), We can only offer free shipping as stated HERE. Let's talk about buying 1 piece and make it happen, before talking about 10-20 pieces .


Q : Why are you guys not selling on DHGate? I feel secured when I buy from there.

A : We have our own preference and decision to stay and build our own website as our sales channel by a good reasons. You don't need to go anywhere else if you feel better with any particular sales platform.


Q : I Want to pay with Visa/Mastercard or Paypal, but the page is not directed to Visa/Mastercard or PayPal page, why?

A : I believe you are aware that you are in Replica world. There is no way Paypal can integrate their payment page on replica website. Neither do Visa/Mastercard. They will never do it directly. If you want to pay us with Visa/Mastercard, you can connect your Visa/Mastercard to your Paypal account and pay us manually.


Q : Can I pay you on arrival ?

A : Tell me if you can find the seller with that payment method. I will buy more from him . No you can't !


Q : I lived in Singapore / I oftenly visit Singapore, Can I meet you and see the stcok and pay?

A : No, you can not ! We are operationally in Singapore and Indonesia, all the watches are directly shipped under proper Quality Control from China to your address. If you want to see all the watches, just go to China and visit the market, you can find thousands there.


Q : How long it takes for you to handle my order after payment ? Can you ship it right away?

A : We will need 2-3 business days to handle your order. Sometimes we have overload orders, and we need to do proper Quality Control process for each order. It will takes some time, because not every watches are in a perfect condition. Sometimes we need to return to the factory to replace with a good one. Be patient, and keep in touch. If you are really rushing, I can't process your order.


Q : Will I get the pictures and video before shipping?

A : Yes, we will send you pictures and video of your real product that we going to deliver to you. We will not deliver your order before we get confirmation and approval from you. 


Q : Can I deny your pictures if there is something that i don't want to accept?

A : Basically you can. But before that, just communicate with us, request some different angle or any particular parts that you want to zoom in. But again, keep in mind, your tolerant level should be there. Imperfection will always there as these are replica. And i think it is acceptable.


Q : What is the best way to deliver to my country? because I am afraid I will get custom issue.

A : Basically you can read HERE. If you have some experience sending replica to your country safely, just let us know how you did, and we will just follow. If you don't have experience, we know exactly how to deliver your order safely to your country. Our transhipper is very experience handling this matter. 


Q : What will you declare the package ? 

A : We always declare as "watches", we can't mislead the declaration or else you won't get anything. Sometimes we put Fashion Watch, repaired watch, Toy watch, etc. If you want us to declare any value (usually for experienced customers) just let us know. But if you don't have experience, let us decide based on our experiences, usually we declare between $15 - $50.


Q : Do you provide tracking number ?

A : Yes 100%. However you need to understand that sometimes we can't give you tracking number right away after we submit your package to the transhipper. And when gou received the tracking number, sometimes it hasn't showed up any status on the tracker yet, it will need 1-2 days especially when we submit your package on weekend.  You can read more details HERE


Q : I track my order and seems there is no movement / strange status / clearance even etc. What should I do?

A : DO NOT CALL DHL, EMS or any logistic company related to your shipment for any reasons. Contact us, communicate and just relax. Keep in mind, sometimes we use regular postal office to make it safe, and mostly they are very slow. Do not panic, relax, and call us for any matters. Q : Is there any possibility that custom will check my package ?

A : That is their job to check, but again they will only do general random check from million or billion packages they received everyday. Most of the time have no problem, just don't act  to raised their suspicion. Contact us for any matters. 


Q : My package has arrives in my country, but they want me to proofs the price, what should I do ? (Only happen in some country)
A : Simply contact us for this matter, usually they need a price and payment proofs. We will provide invoice of your package with any particular match amount with your package declaration. Do not panic.


Q : I received my order and the movement is not working, Why?

A : Check your video that we sent while Quality Control process. We never deliver dead watches, you can notice from the serial number at the back, the pictures/video from QC will be the same with what you get (high-end replica will always have random serials). There are some posibilites :

  • You need to do big shake on your watch and do manual winding to fill the power in. Or,
  • Since we both agree to declare small amount to avoid custom, there will not be treated as high value packages sometimes. So it possibly caused by bounces or shakes while shipping process. 

Q : So what is the solution?

A : We give you 2 options as part of our warranty coverage :

  • Go to local repair (because it is usually minor issue caused by shakes and some small screw are loose). Find out the price and we will cover the cost if reasonable. This option is usually for someone who doesn't want to wait any longer to send back, repair, and re-deliver. 
  • Return the watch to us, and we will repair it. Please note that it will takes time. Just be patient to wait until all solved and we can deliver it back. Your return cost is covered by us, you can put it as future discount, or we can refund it to you. There are some requirement on shipping matter :
  • Use regular postal office of your area. DO NOT use Fedex/DHL/EMS 
  • Declare as : broken watch to repair with $40-$50 value
  • We will give you return address if you want to choose this option

Q : Are you gonna repair ? or replace with the new watch ? Can you replace with other models?
A : It depends on how big the problem is. Please understand the following return handling :

  • We will do inspection what is the real problem of your watch
  • We will repair by our technician if its not major problem, if it is major problem,
  • We will return to the factory with some problem proofs and let them decide to do
  • They will return to our store and we will do final checking
  • Preparing re-delivery to your address
  • YOU CAN'T REPLACE YOUR WATCH WITH OTHER MODELS as we have return policy with the factories.
  • Worst case scenario, you will get movement replacement, or same unit replacement (depend on the condition of your returned watch physically)

All this process will takes time. Kindly patient to wait, we will do the job, only need some time.
