Return Policy

RETURN POLICY :

We accept return only if you received different products or malfunction movement/features as we stated on the product details. 

  • You must provide us with details issues with also pictures and videos
  • Do not wear the watch. Return policy will not be applicable
  • You will only have a chance to return maximum 7 days after your order arrived.
  • Once it's approved, we will take immediate action to prepare your replacement.
  • Return the watch to the address that our admin gave to you, and provide me tracking number. Please do not use major shipping company like DHL, EMS or Fedex. Use regular postal service to avoid entrance problems. Cost of shipment will be reimbursed.
  • Once your tracking is valid (trackable), we will send the replacement

 

REFUND POLICY  :

Refund process will take up to 14 days from your rerfund request, as our payment processor regulation. Refund will be applicable for below reasons : 

  • Replaced form returned watch(es) is not available in factory stocks
  • Your ordered watch(es) is not available or out of stock, and you don't want to choose different brands / models
  • For credit card and paypal refund, we will choose PayPal refund methods, and you will be required to provide your PayPal account. 
  • There is possibility that we will refund your from different Paypal account from the one integrated in our website. This is the best way to make refund process faster.
  • We can do partial refund as discussion.
