This is high resolution UHD 4K LCD of frame type. Its connector does not match standard WXGA++ LCD. Any attempt to upgrade resolution to 4K UHD will unfortunately fail, which may result in blurry image, or image being out of scale. Other times laptop may not take any input, and LCD may remain white. You're strongly discouraged to upgrade from lower resolution LCDs. Make sure your existing resolution is 3840 x 2160 Ultra HD 4k before making the purchase.

There are 2 type screens to fit the device, and the difference is the number of holes on the screen. Type 1 - This assembly is for 2D camera type and has a total of 5 holes for various cameras and microphone. Type 2 - This assembly has 2 holes, one for single standard camera and the other for microphone. You will need to advise us what screen fits your device so the order will be shipped. Thank you!

* Delivery Time.

* Lost Package Policy.
If a package did not arrive in 4 weeks after the shipping date, then this package is treated as Lost. In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded.
